Return & Refund Policy

At Holler Creed, all sales are final.

Because many of our products are made to order or fulfilled by third-party partners, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or any other non-defective reason.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hollercreedmusic@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a defective or incorrect item.

  • We determine a refund is appropriate after reviewing your claim.

  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
