Because many of our products are made to order or fulfilled by trusted third-party partners, shipping times may vary depending on the item, supplier, and destination.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, major sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please monitor your tracking information closely. Your tracking page provides the most up-to-date shipping status and any carrier updates regarding your package.

Shipping Inquiries

We kindly ask that customers wait until the estimated delivery date has passed before contacting us about a delayed shipment.

Because your tracking information contains the latest updates directly from the shipping carrier, emails regarding shipping delays before the estimated delivery date has passed may not receive a response. Once the estimated delivery window has expired, we'll be happy to investigate the shipment and assist you.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Holler Creed is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at hollercreedmusic@gmail.com. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hollercreedmusic@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we'll gladly help investigate the shipment.
