What is Holler Creed?

Holler Creed is an independent music and lifestyle brand built around honest storytelling, resilience, and community.

More than a brand, Holler Creed is a growing community focused on mental health awareness, advocacy, and reminding people they aren't alone. Through music, merchandise, meaningful conversations, and future community initiatives, our mission is to create a welcoming place where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to keep moving forward.

Whether you found Holler Creed through a song, the online store, a livestream, or social media, we're grateful you're here and hope you know there's a place for you in this community.

Who owns Holler Creed?

Holler Creed is independently owned and operated by its founder, Benji.

Every song, website update, product listing, marketing campaign, social media post, customer email, and business decision is personally created and managed by one person.

Is Holler Creed a record label?

No.

Holler Creed is an independent artist and brand. We are not currently a record label.

Where are you located?

Holler Creed is proudly based in New Mexico, USA.

Was Holler Creed in foster care?

Not exactly.

Holler Creed is the brand, the music, and the community—it wasn't in foster care.

The founder of Holler Creed grew up in foster care, beginning at just two years old. Those life experiences helped shape the mission behind the brand and inspired many of the songs, values, and community initiatives that exist today.

While Holler Creed represents much more than one person's story, those experiences are an important part of why this community was created: to remind people they aren't alone and to show that where you begin doesn't have to determine where you end up.

Music

Is your music available on streaming platforms?

Yes.

You can stream Holler Creed on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, iHeartRadio, YouTube, and other major streaming platforms.

Are CDs and vinyl records available?

Yes—but not through this website.

Official Holler Creed CDs and vinyl records are never sold through the Holler Creed online store.

Physical music is produced and fulfilled separately through ElasticStage, a print-on-demand music manufacturing service. Because physical music follows a different production and fulfillment process, it will always have its own dedicated Holler Creed music website.

That website is currently in development and will be announced in the near future.

To avoid confusion, CDs and vinyl records will never be listed, advertised, or sold through this website. When the official music store launches, you'll find the link through our official website and social media channels.

Will older Diamond in Lowlands music return?

Possibly.

Plans are being explored for limited physical releases featuring select music from the Diamond in Lowlands era that is no longer available on streaming platforms.

Is AI used to create the music?

Holler Creed uses AI audio mastering and vocal technology as part of the production process.

However, every lyric, song concept, theme, and creative direction is written and created by Holler Creed.

Technology is simply one of the creative tools used to bring the music to life.

Orders & Products

Do you ship internationally?

Many products are available internationally, although shipping availability depends on the supplier and destination country.

Can I track my order?

Yes.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Please monitor your tracking number for the latest delivery updates before contacting support.

Can I return my order?

Because Holler Creed operates using print-on-demand (POD) and dropshipping fulfillment partners, all sales are final.

Every product is made specifically for your order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Accidental purchases

• Buyer's remorse

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to help resolve the issue.

My package hasn't arrived.

Please check your tracking information first.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll gladly help investigate.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout and included with your shipping confirmation.

Holler Creed is always growing, and community feedback is one of the best ways to help shape the future of the store.

If there's a product, piece of merchandise, collectible, apparel design, or feature you'd like to see, we'd genuinely love to hear your ideas.

While we can't guarantee every suggestion will become a product, every email is personally read and appreciated.

Can I support Holler Creed with a donation?

Yes.

Donation Safety Notice

Before sending a donation, please contact Holler Creed directly to verify the current donation information.

This policy exists to protect our community from scams, impersonation, and fraudulent accounts.

Unfortunately, Holler Creed has experienced impersonation and scam-related incidents in the past. Because of that experience, we take extra precautions to help ensure every donation reaches the correct official account.

Please do not send a donation until you've received confirmation directly from Holler Creed.

Taking a few moments to verify the information helps protect both you and the Holler Creed community.

Can I reach you directly?

Absolutely.

You'll often find me live on TikTok, where you're welcome to ask questions, chat, or learn more about Holler Creed. If you need a quick response, joining a live is usually the fastest way to get my attention.

I simply ask that everyone remain respectful. If I'm unable to get to your question during the livestream, I'll do my best to follow up by messaging you through my official TikTok account afterward.

Can I contact you personally?

Yes.

Every email is personally reviewed by the founder of Holler Creed.

Although response times may vary depending on workload, every message is appreciated.

Future Plans

Will Holler Creed ever have a physical store?

That's one of our biggest long-term goals.

Plans are currently being developed for a future Holler Creed brick-and-mortar location where visitors can browse merchandise, discover new music, purchase exclusive collectibles, attend community events, and meet the founder in person.

The location has not yet been selected, but it's a vision we're actively working toward.

Will you host community events?

Yes.

Future plans include seminars, workshops, speaking events, and community gatherings focused on resilience, personal growth, and practical life skills.

One of our long-term goals is to give back to underserved communities, including foster youth and young adults who may benefit from encouragement, mentorship, and real-world life skills.

Will Holler Creed always remain independent?

Right now, yes.

Whether Holler Creed remains completely independent long-term is a decision that hasn't been made.

No matter how the business grows, the mission will always remain the same:
