Every order placed through our website is fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. Because products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination.

Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience while keeping you informed every step of the way.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days before shipping.

During periods of high demand, holidays, new product launches, or severe weather, processing times may be longer.

Because each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot rush production once an order has been submitted.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner producing your order.

Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. These estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please monitor your tracking information carefully.

Most delivery updates, delays, and estimated arrival dates can be found directly through the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Holler Creed is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with our fulfillment partners to review the issue and help provide a resolution whenever possible.

Including photos of the product and packaging will help speed up the process.


International Shipping

Many Holler Creed products are available internationally.

Shipping availability, delivery times, customs fees, taxes, and import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Separate Music Store

Please note that official Holler Creed CDs and vinyl records are never sold through this website.

Physical music is fulfilled separately through the official Holler Creed music store, which is currently in development. When available, that store will have its own shipping policies and customer support procedures.
