Returns Policy

All Sales Become Final After 15 Minutes

Thank you for shopping with Holler Creed.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Because Holler Creed operates using print-on-demand (POD) and dropshipping fulfillment partners, every product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

To allow for accidental purchases or mistakes during checkout, orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, your order may have already entered production and all sales become final.


Why We Don't Accept Returns

Unlike traditional retail stores, we do not keep inventory sitting in a warehouse.

Every product is made specifically for your order through our fulfillment partners. Because these items are custom-produced, they cannot be restocked or resold once manufacturing has begun.

This fulfillment model allows Holler Creed to offer a much larger product catalog while reducing unnecessary waste and keeping costs as affordable as possible.


15-Minute Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes happen.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After that time, your order may have already entered our fulfillment partner's production queue and can no longer be canceled.

Please include your order number when requesting a cancellation to help us process your request as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Changing your mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Accidental purchases after the 15-minute cancellation period

  • Placing duplicate orders

  • Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, personalization (if applicable), and your shipping information carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We'll work directly with our fulfillment partners to review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or another suitable resolution.


Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

  • Your order arrives damaged.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

Refund requests for any of the situations listed under the Returns & Exchanges section will not be approved.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.


Physical Music

Official Holler Creed CDs and vinyl records are never sold through this website.

Physical music is fulfilled separately through the official Holler Creed music store using ElasticStage, a print-on-demand physical music manufacturer.

Because CDs and vinyl records are sold through a separate website, they are subject to ElasticStage's fulfillment, return, and customer service policies.

The official Holler Creed music store is currently in development and will be announced in the near future.

To avoid confusion, CDs and vinyl records will never be listed, advertised, or sold through the Holler Creed online store.
