While I do have policies in place to protect the business and work with print-on-demand fulfillment partners, I believe every customer deserves to be treated fairly and with respect. If something goes wrong, I'll do everything reasonably within my ability to help find a solution. If I can work with a fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement, assist with a refund when appropriate, or otherwise make things right, I'll certainly try.

Because some decisions depend on our fulfillment partners and the circumstances of each order, I can't guarantee every request can be approved. What I can guarantee is that every situation will be reviewed personally, honestly, and with the same care I'd want if I were the customer.

For that reason, we offer a 15-minute cancellation window, after which orders become final once they enter production.

I also hope to host seminars, workshops, and speaking events focused on resilience, practical life skills, and encouragement for underserved communities, especially foster youth. Having grown up in foster care myself, I understand how important it is to have someone who believes in you, and I hope to be that encouragement for others.

Today, Holler Creed remains completely independent. Whether it always will is a decision for the future. Regardless of how the business grows, the mission will remain the same: create honestly, serve people well, and leave every person a little better than when they arrived.
